  • Where does Lulaven ship?

    We currently offer shipping services only within the United States.

    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We offer free shipping for orders over $39.99.

    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

    Standard domestic delivery takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its status.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    No, we do not currently offer international shipping.

  • What is the return policy?

    We have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

  • What are the conditions for a return?

    Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging with tags attached, and you must provide proof of purchase.

  • How do I start a return?

    Contact us at lulaven@aidetech.cn to request a return and receive instructions. Do not send items back without first contacting us.

  • Which items cannot be returned?

    Perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Does Lulaven offer exchanges?

    The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

  • How long do refunds take?

    After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
